Refund policy

1.Regarding the return and exchange policy:

1.Customized Products: Customized products do not support returns or exchanges. Once the customization process is completed (or deemed as "after work hours" in a metaphorical sense meaning the process is finalized), no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

2.Non-Customized Products:

1.Disposable Products: For disposable products, such as those with QR codes, once the QR code is scanned, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
2.Non-Disposable Products: For non-disposable products,within one week of receiving the product, if there is any damage or quality issue, a return can be arranged.However, the return shipping fee must be borne by the customer. or opt for a partial refund.
